Refund & Return Policy

At IrishMudd Farm, we take pride in every product we make and ship. If something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48–72 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Food Products (Honey) Due to the nature of raw food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Handcrafted Skincare (Salves, Soaps, Balms) Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48–72 hours with a photo and we will replace it or issue a refund.

CSA Memberships

CSA memberships are reserved in advance to help us plan production and inventory.

Membership payments are generally non-refundable.

If you need to cancel before your membership begins, please contact us. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once a CSA season has started, refunds are not available for missed pickups or unused shares.

If you cannot pick up your share, you may send someone else to collect it for you.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the scheduled pickup time.

Please contact us if you are unable to make your pickup so we can discuss available options.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be forfeited without refund due to food safety requirements.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.
